Parent Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Parent Referral Scheme (“the Scheme”) operated by the Nursery. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Scheme is open to all current parents/carers with a child registered at the Nursery.
2.2 The referred family must be new to the Nursery and not already registered or previously enrolled.

3. Referral Reward
3.1 A £50 voucher will be awarded to the referring parent/carer for each successful referral.
3.2 A £50 voucher will also be awarded to the referred parent/carer.
3.3 The type of voucher will be determined by the Nursery and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Qualification Criteria
4.1 To qualify for the referral reward:

The referred child must be successfully enrolled and attend the Nursery.

The referred child must remain continuously registered and attending for a minimum period of 3 months from their start date.

4.2 Both the referring and referred parent/carer must have accounts that are fully up to date and not in arrears at the point the reward becomes payable.

4.3 If either account is in arrears at the time of qualification, the Nursery reserves the right to withhold the reward until the account is brought up to date.

5. Payment of Reward
5.1 The voucher will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following the successful completion of the 3-month qualifying period.
5.2 Only one referral reward will be issued per referred child.

6. General Conditions
6.1 Referrals must be declared at the point of enquiry or registration; retrospective claims may not be accepted.
6.2 There is no limit to the number of referrals a parent/carer may make, subject to these Terms.
6.3 The Scheme may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

7. Right to Amend or Withdraw
7.1 The Nursery reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any changes will not affect referrals already in progress where the qualifying conditions have been met.

8. Fraud and Abuse
8.1 The Nursery reserves the right to refuse or reclaim rewards where it suspects fraudulent activity or abuse of the Scheme.

9. Liability
9.1 The Nursery shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Scheme.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
