Every Hallowe'en, as is customary, our streets are taken over by young trick or treaters some as young as 2 or 3 years old; but is this a great tradition that is simply just harmless fun, and a super excuse to dress up, or are children of this age too young to appreciate annual events?
So do children get anything from trick or treating at such a young age? And;
Should the tradition be used to collect for charity rather than for themselves?
