CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY 2022 COMPETITION RULES
Closing date: 6pm, Monday 10th December 2022
1. The Prize Draw is run by Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery, 124 Old Lane, Little Hulton, Manchester, M38 9SB.
2. The closing date for the Prize Draw is 18:00 hours GMT on 10th December 2020.
3. Entries received after the specified closing date and time will not be accepted.
4. The Prize Draw is open to new clients who sign their child up for childcare with Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nurseries for our January 2023 intake, before the closing date, who reserve a minimum of two full days of childcare per week, for the childcare to begin week commencing 2nd January 2023 and who have paid a deposit in relation to their childcare reservation. The gift cards giveaway is not open to parents whose children access Government funded childcare only. The gift cards giveaway is open to parents who access a combination of Government funded and parent paid childcare who pay for an additional two full days childcare or the equivalent thereof.
5. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except for employees of Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or mediation of the Prize Draw.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for any Prize Draw entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The prize will be randomly drawn on 17th December 2020 from all qualifying entries.
8. The winners of the Prize Draw will be notified soon after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The prize consists of £100.00 of Aldi gift cards, and there are two prizes up for grabs.
10. Entrants will only be entered into the Prize Draw once; entrants are unable to win more than one prize for each competition participated in.
11. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you because of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
12. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
14. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons beyond its control.
15. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery also reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw should circumstances arise beyond its control.
16. The decision of Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery in all matters relating to the Prize Draw which are under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Care Chiefs Children’s Day Nursery reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, war, civil or military disturbance, an act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
